Submitting Artwork
How do I enter artwork into the Art Showcase?
To enter artwork into the Art Showcase, first, register as an artist in the Artist Registration page. Enter your personal information to start your portfolio. Enter the information for each piece of artwork. When you are finished entering all your information, click the "Print Title Cards" button to print your artwork information which you must attach to the back of your artwork. If you need to make changes to your information, just login to your portfolio and make the necessary edits.
How do I make my artwork "Display Ready?"
All wall artwork must be "display ready" at time of submission. 2D artwork should be properly matted or framed and ready to hang on a nail or hook. This doesn't need to be expensive or difficult. It can simply be mounted on matboard with a secure adhesive. Matting and framing are more involved techniques. For additional info and instructions on matting or framing, check out these links:
To make the artwork ready to hang on a nail or hook, attach a hanging wire or plastic tab or some other similar solution for hanging on a nail. Any artwork not "display ready" at time of submission will be rejected.
What is the deadline for submitting artwork?
All artwork must be registered on the website and submitted for consideration with the Title Card attached to the back of the artwork to the Cornerstone Church office for review by 5pm on Monday, March 29th.
