I give permission to Cornerstone Church to display the artwork I am submitting from April 12th to May 7th, 2007. Although Cornerstone Church and its employees and volunteers will make every attempt to securely display my artwork and avoid any damage, I understand that damages could be caused to my artwork by displaying it in a public environment. I will not hold Cornerstone Church or any of its employees or volunteers responsible for any damage to my artwork during the display period or during installation and removal.
